SHIPPING:

We ship via United States Postal Service. Your shipping rate will be based on the products your order. We ship from Galax, Virginia.

RETURNS:

No Returns on our products. Only replacements or repair depending on the product. (Investigation required) In rare cases, if the product cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be made on the customer’s behalf.
